We will work closely with you to accommodate any requirements enforced by the State, The Joint Commission (TJC) and the Healthcare Facility Accreditation Program (HFAP). The Federal Sanctions Search is comprised of searches for violations of Medicare, Medicaid, and other Federally and State funded programs and includes:
  • Convictions for program related fraud, patient abuse, default on health education assisted loans and licensing board actions taken by The Office of the Inspector General (OIG)
  • Actions taken by the General Services Administration (GSA)
  • Individuals debarred by the Food and Drug Administration pursuant to the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FDA)
  • Actions taken by the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA)
  • Individuals ineligible for Tri-Care, the Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Uniformed Services in the United States (CHAMPUS)
