In these difficult times, Employee Relations has developed this unique report to help reduce the cost of running a background check. If the applicant fails Pre-Verify the background check process will stop right there.
The information that is matched with the Social Security Administration Master Data File includes:
- Social Security Number
- Name
- Date of Birth, if available
Each Social Security Number and name combination that is submitted will be returned with a "Successful" or "Unsuccessful", indicating that the submission matches, does not match, or is associated with a deceased person.
